Reclaim Your Life Through Therapy
The past doesn’t have to define who you are and how you live your life—therapy gives you a chance to write your story yourself. Together, you and I can identify the root of your suffering and gently release its hold on you. By relieving the pain of the past, you open the door to true healing, inner peace, and the chance to pursue a more fulfilling life.
With a focus on identifying and addressing trauma together, you can expect:
- Eye-opening sessions to confront the source of your suffering
- Proven techniques to resolve trauma, including EMDR and Written Exposure Therapy (WET)
- A sacred and confidential space to process your life experiences
- Tools to help you continue your progress outside of sessions

How to Get Started
Once we get connected, we’ll chat briefly (just 15 minutes or so) over the phone or on a video call, whatever you’re most comfortable with. This will be helpful to get a sense of what you’re looking for and if I’m the best fit for you.
Before our first full-length session (1 hour), I’ll also ask you to share some additional context and information on an intake form. This won’t replace any discussion, just give me a chance to learn more about you before we meet.
Each session is led with listening, lasting 1 hour, and focused entirely on you. I’m happy to meet at a frequency that works for you, and for as many sessions as you need.
